What credit cards do you accept for payment?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

When will my items arrive?

Orders sent to you are typically processed and shipped within 12-24 hours. Occasionally, an item may be on back-order requiring a few more days to complete processing. We do our best to notify our customers via our website when one of our styles is on backorder but occasionally, our wires may cross! Personalized items require 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping and will arrive separately.

How do I log in if I forgot my password?

Please go to the top menu to the My account link, on the left side of your shopping bag. After clicking on it, on the right side of the page, near the bottom, you will see the question: Forgot your password? And a click here link under it. Please click on this link and send us your email (the one you used to create your account), the system will gather your data and send you an email to register a new password.

Can I commission a Pergie® illustration to look like me?

We love that you completely see yourselves in Pergie®!! That is what we intended. As our company grows and our brand casts a wider net, we envision amassing a library of Pergies so big that you can all find more than one Pergie who looks like you. Given the scope of our work we don’t offer customized Pergies. However, we love and appreciate you very much so we did the next best thing: We partnered with Neiman Marcus exclusively to bring you personalized Pergies that resemble your hot selves! They are printed on blank social stationery sets, complete with an equally decadent portfolio that you can carry around in your latest designer handbag! Go to www.neimanmarcus.com type the word Pergamino in the search field and voilà!

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

Does Pergamino charge sales tax?

Because Pergamino is a Cook county, Illinois Corporation, state sales tax will be applied to orders with shipping addresses in Illinois. No sales tax will be applied to orders sent to addresses in any other state or internationally.
























We ship our orders within 1-2 business days of order placement. Personalized orders require 1-2 weeks for processing hence delaying the shipment of the complete order. Pergamino has partnered with the USPS to ship all your packages because they have gone green.

Regarding Rush Shipping

All of our shipments are delivered via Priority Mail, delivered between 2-3 business days. If you need your purchases sooner and you require guaranteed delivery, the following applies to you: we send orders from Monday through Friday excluding holidays before 3 PM. All overnight orders placed after 3 PM central time will be processed the next business day.

NOTE: Personalized stationery requires 1-2 weeks for processing and printing. This is excluded from the shipping times above for priority shipments and overnight deliveries, so please plan accordingly.

Regarding International Shipping

We offer USPS’ Priority Mail International shipping to Canada, Mexico, Europe and other international countries serviced by the USPS. All shipping fees are in US dollars (USD) and do not include any duties or taxes that may be imposed by the country of destination’s customs office. The recipient of the package is responsible for these fees if they are imposed. Please check your local Customs office for further information.

Can Pergamino hand-write my cards and envelopes and mail them to the intended recipient?

We have received this request from many of you busy moguls and we hear you! We need to set up a system in place that will facilitate this wonderful service for our customers and will announce it as soon as it is ready. Check back with us for an update.






What is your return policy?

We want you to love everything you order from Pergamino – Fine Papers For The Well-Heeled ™. However, should you be less than 100% satisfied with any non-sale item{s} we will take back the product no questions asked within 30 days of your order arrival. If you'd like to exchange your item for something else, simply return the unwanted item and then purchase what you'd like instead from the site. Please send undamaged item{s} in the original packaging, along with your packing slip, and reason for return to:

For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx Ground service, so you have a record of the return. In order to receive a full refund, goods must be returned in perfect condition, so please handle items with care. Pergamino is not responsible for shipping costs or lost items associated with returns, exchanges and/or edited orders. Please bear in mind that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions regarding returns or exchanges please feel free to contact us at info@epergamino.com.

In the unlikely event an item sent to you is damaged, you need to contact Customer Service within 5 business days of delivery and hold on to the box the order was shipped in. Contact us via e-mail at info@epergamino.com or call our offices at 1.312.373.9278. Once the claim has been settled the box can be discarded.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

1. We begin work on personalized products as soon as the order is placed. Therefore, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the products, personalized items are not refundable unless the refund request is due to an error by Pergamino. If the final product matches the onscreen proof you witnessed on Neiman Marcus’ website and issued an order to print by clicking buy now, or if a proof is waived when your order is placed, we will not be able to accept the return even if the information printed is not accurate. In the case of a Pergamino error, please accept our sincerest apologies. We will reprint your order + rush the replacements to you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable unless it has been the error of Pergamino. We do not pay for return shipping, nor are we responsible for lost items.

3. All sales are final on our sale items.
